  2. Ben uve done a great job so far with ur development. All whey protein will do is help u make it even better. adding protein helps the body build muscle faster and better as well as helps it feed and repair the muscle worked.

    I suggest getting a whey protein powder and taking it 3 times a day; 1 hr before ur workout, another an hour after and before bed. be careful of the sodium % in it though as some protein powders are a tad high. no need to buy designer ones either, get the cheapest u can find as long as the protein % is on the high side. also, get a multi daily vitaman. that is about all u need right now.
